Having worked with Ginger for an extended period of a number of years with the task of settling a family estate that included many heirs and multiple properties, the tasks sometimes appeared to be overwhelming. Ginger, however, never wavered from paying strict attention to multiple issues inherent in dealing with so many personalities of the heirs and the complex issues of the many properties involved. Her dedication to dealing with not only the heirs but the lawyers necessarily involved and - most importantly - potential buyers, eventually resulted in selling all properties at prices Ginger helped establish that returned market dollars that satisfied all heirs...which was an accomplishment in itself. Having been a realtor, myself, for many years, and one of three managers for the family estate, I was consistently pleased with Ginger's professional attention to details and her knowledge that brought our final property sale to a successful close.
